- If the service has gone down and the problem is within the control of iBOX, we'll have it running within 2 hours.

- If the problem is due to errors with equipment out of our control, or weather and power problems, you will often find that the Internet has been disconnected to a large portion of the public and site access is cut off to many.

- Our servers a contain dual quad core xeon processors, 4GB ECC RAM, redundant PSUs, and 4 SATA RAID HDD utilising RAID 1+0.
- We use DFS (Distributed File System) to replicate data in realtime between servers ensuring high availability in the event of a failure.
- Our hosting environment is located within our ISPs environmentally controlled secure hosting environment.
- 24/7 monitored fire and intruder alarm system (auto response).
- 24/7 remotely monitored hosting services with an SMS alert notification system.
- All servers are situated behind a solid state firewall insuring your data is protected.
BACK UP INFO
All data is backed up from Monday to Saturday onto removable media which is stored at an alternative secure location. Backups are kept for a period of 1 (one) week after which time the media is recycled.
All servers use RAID to cater for hard disk failure as well as DFS (Distributed File System) which replicates file changes across physical servers for high availability and redundancy in realtime.
